This product is whole frozen large turbot, also known as flounder and plaice. The fish has a plump shape with thick, firm, tender white meat and limited bones. It delivers soft natural seafood flavor with mild fishiness. Quick blast freezing after deep sea capture preserves original taste and nutrition.
It can be steamed, pan-fried or braised. Each pack weighs 500g for convenient freezer storage and flexible portioning.
